What We Offer
At As Yourself Counseling, therapy is grounded in nervous system safety, embodiment, and relational healing. I offer individual, relational, and group-based services that honor the complexity of trauma, identity, and lived experience.
My work is collaborative, paced with care, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves.
-
Individual therapy is a space to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion. This work may include understanding trauma responses, reconnecting with your body, building emotional awareness, and unlearning patterns shaped by survival.
I often work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity exploration, emotional disconnection, religious trauma, and nervous system dysregulation.
Sessions are available in person and virtual for clients ages 16 and older.
-
Couples therapy focuses on understanding relational patterns, strengthening communication, and rebuilding emotional safety.
I work with couples experiencing conflict, disconnection, intimacy challenges, family stress, and recurring cycles that feel hard to break. Sessions are grounded in attachment, nervous system awareness, and Gottman-informed interventions.
Couples therapy is offered as private pay only and is available in person or virtually.
-
Family therapy supports families who are struggling with communication, connection, boundaries, and relational safety.
This work helps slow down reactive patterns, improve understanding, and create healthier ways of relating to one another. Family therapy is especially helpful when conflict feels chronic or when transitions are impacting the system.
Family sessions are private pay only.
-
EMDR is an evidence-based trauma treatment that helps the brain and body reprocess distressing experiences that remain stuck.
I offer EMDR within standard sessions as well as 90-minute EMDR intensives for clients seeking deeper, focused trauma processing. Intensives are especially helpful for complex trauma, single-incident trauma, or when weekly pacing feels limiting.
EMDR intensives are private pay only.

Trauma lives in both the mind and the body. My approach to trauma therapy is somatic, bottom-up, and nervous-system informed. Rather than pushing for disclosure or insight before the body is ready, we focus on building safety, capacity, and regulation first.
This work may include body awareness, tracking sensations, resourcing, grounding, and gently processing trauma at a pace that honors your system.
I work with childhood trauma, attachment trauma, sexual trauma, religious trauma, and experiences rooted in dysfunctional family systems.
-
I facilitate therapy groups, workshops, and experiential offerings designed to foster connection, regulation, and collective healing. These may focus on trauma recovery, nervous system education, embodiment, identity, or relational growth.
Current and upcoming offerings vary. Please check the website or reach out for availability.
-
I provide trauma-informed trainings, workshops, and consultation for companies, nonprofits, organizations, and teams.
These offerings are tailored to your needs and may include nervous system education, burnout prevention, trauma-informed leadership, and relational safety within organizations.
Please book a consultation to discuss scope, pricing, and availability.
